The Louisiana Council of Amateur Radio Clubs (LCARC) is an organization of amateur radio clubs and repeater owners.  Our primary mission is providing frequency coordination services to all amateur radio operators in the state of Louisiana. Our volunteers work to provide this service at no expense to the repeater owners. Coordination is currently available for repeater and point-to-point operations and is available for all authorized radio frequencies from 29 MHz and above.

Our annual meeting is normally held during the Rayne Hamfest. LCARC is an ARRL affiliated council.
